ffor the promotion for his upcoming movie 'Fan,' SRK being the marketing maverick that he is, decided to interact with his fans on Twitter and invited them to send him special requests and went on to fulfill few of them. When one Tweetizen asked the actor to mimick his costar, SRK replied, "Mimicking a co-actor is oh-so-simple for @iamsrk! Challenge accepted & completed." The actor mimicked his co-star Deepika Padukone's famous 'ek chutki sindoor' dialogue from the movie 'Om Shaanti Om.’ Funnily enough, the camera moves down to SRK's waist while he imitates DP and in his trademark humour, SRK adds, "Deepika bohot lambi hai na toh kabhi kabhi frame ke baahar chali jaati hai."
Shah Rukh Khan is busy promoting his upcoming film, ‘Fan,’ which is a hugely awaited. It seems that King Khan is super impressed with director Maneesh Sharma’s work in the film, so much so that he feels like dancing. This is what SRK recently tweeted, “I feel like this when I see what Maneesh has done with Red Chillies v/fx for Fan. Thx for making me look good guys…” Now, we just can’t wait to catch the film that is making Bollywood’s Baadshah dance with joy. The wait for April 15 just got longer!
There is no doubt that Shah Rukh Khan is one of the busiest actors in the world. Yes, in the world, apart from the second richest actor across the globe. There is so much the superstar does in a day that we can't even imagine. Film shoots, post production, planning marketing strategies, attending endless meetings, promotions, endorsements and philanthropy - the actor is a master at handling multiple roles with enviable ease. No wonder that the actor has very little time to be with his own self and has been chasing himself for a while now. SRK recently shared a still from his most anticipated film, 'Fan', with a tweet that read, "I hope I catch up with me one day….or not. But will keep trying. Ab Star Fan ke peeche bhaagega!!!” Although his tweet had a lot to do with the scene from 'Fan', there is an underlying isolation that the superstar seems to be going through in his life. We can surely understand his dilemma and hope that he gets to spend some time with himself!
Shah Rukh Khan loves his fans as much as his fans love him. This was evident when, in a first, the exclusive gates of Yash Raj Films Studio were opened to thousands of fans for the launch of the theatrical trailer of his upcoming release ‘Fan’. And while he was prepping for the launch in his greenroom, there was a knock at the door from some unexpected fans – India’s first Transgender Band called ‘The 6-Pack Band,’ which was launched by YRF’s youth wing, Y-Films. After knowing about SRK’s presence, the band members had put in a request to meet him, to give him their blessings along with a special message. SRK, as expected, was kind enough to not only oblige them, but also join them for an impromptu dance as they sang ‘Jabra Fan’ and one of their own original songs. But that’s not all. The Baadshah also hugged each one of them and wished them luck. Needless to say, the band members were over the moon.
Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Fan’ is keenly looked forward for its unique storyline of a fan being a lookalike of his most-loved star. But it seems there is another surprise in store for the cinegoers. As per a report on DNA, director Maneesh Sharma would be recreating SRK’s obsessive-psycho lover character of ‘Darr’ in the film. The report also mentions that the character of the fan would be showing a glimpse of SRK’s iconic character of the 1993 film. It would be interesting to see whether Shah Rukh would be stammering all over again, after 23 years.
