1.Install Huawei_E5573s-606_Firmware_21.110. (download Link Bellow)
2. Install driver v4 and v5 (download Link below)
3.Restart ur PC
4.Run as a Admin Huawei_2015_Code_Reader.7z (download link below)
5.select PC UI port
6.Detect
7.Conect
8.And Last press process
9.Take a Screen Shot like this


10.Now Write your IMEI, Hash1, Hash2 ,encrypted block and your contact number in a text file and
Attach All Files In email including screenshot and text file
Send it to huawei2015unlocking@gmail.com you will get your v4 unlock code free of cost.
11.After getting information from router Install Huawei_E5573s-320_Firmware_21.180.
12.And wait for Unlock Code

How to Use Huawei HiLink (Mobile WiFi) Software to Unlock Routers and MiFi
 

 1. Download Huawei HiLink (Mobile WiFi) app from the above play store or from app store and install in your phone / slate.
2. Put default SIM card and establish a WiFi connection with above tool.
3. Now, change the default SIM with another carrier SIM and launch the Huawei HiLink (Mobile WiFi) app.
4. Go to setting.

5. Click device.

6. Click unlock device.

That’s all. You have done it. Put here correct 8 digit unlock code and your device will be unlocked permanently. The solution is applicable for all WiFi routers and MiFi routers, which does not comes with COM port and also has customized WebUI, means does not give the option to input unlock code.
And if u want unlock code just paste ur imei on the thread.
