It’s Time For Shilpa Shinde To Give It Back! Files FIR Against Benaifer Kohli And CINTAA!

Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’s actress Shilpa Shinde has been in news since a long time now. This time, an FIR has been filed against Benaifer Kohli, her ex-producer. She has even stated that she has plans of filing a complaint against CINTAA as it has imposed a lifetime ban on her.
A tough fight is being put up by Shilpa against Benaifer Kohli and CINTAA since a while and now the latest news is that an FIR has been filed by her on the 29th of March 2016.
She stated that she would always talk to her producer about her health issues and would seek cooperation. They always had lot of fights with regards to timings and dates and also, the location was quite far away. In the month of March, she completed an year with the production house and Benaifer told that she was throwing tantrums, which was the reason she was being replaced.
She was given a holiday but after couple of days, they called her back on the sets. Then Shilpa asked them to clear this news first and then call her. However, they didn’t call her back. This happened on the 3rd of March 2016 and a termination notice was given by them.

She received legal notice!

Shilpa claimed that 10 days after this incident a legal notice was received from the production house that stated she must come for shooting within a timeframe of 48 hours or must pay 10 crores to them. The actress even stated that false news was spread by her producer that she stopped working without notice.

Unhappy with CINTAA too!

The actress is pretty unhappy with CINTAA too. She feels that it favors the producers’ side more than the actors. She stated CINTAA shouldn’t have interfered in this matter and since this was a legal issue, she must go the legal way. Currently, Shilpa is undergoing treatment at Pune’s Ayurvedic center for health issues. Once she is back, she has plans of filing a Mental and Physical Harassment case.

27 Simple mehndi designs for hands for Karwa Chauth

The most  simple mehndi designs for hands  for Karwa Chauth 2014 Karwa Chauth  is around the corner and I am so excited about getting mehndi done! This time I plan to go with a simple yet quirky design. Don’t want my hands full, however it needs to be a style statement for this year’s most awaited festival for us ladies! There are some basic categories of mehndi designs, such as Gujrati, Rajasthani, Marwari,  Arabic  and African  patterns to choose from. They have certain prominent motifs or symbols that distinguishes one from the other. I just can’t seem to stop experimenting with these styles. From  circles to squares , peacocks and paisleys , checks and dots and what not. But my all-time favorite is a simple, curling vine, of course finger tips covered with thick coating of aromatic mehndi (which is so traditional). Quirky patterns include  traditional  as well as non-traditional patterns tweaked to one’s own liking. This includ...

Inline Functions and their Uses

It’s a good practice to divide the program into several functions such that parts of the program don’t get repeated a lot and to make the code easily understandable. We all know that calling and returning from a function generates some overhead. The overhead is sometimes to such an extent that it makes significant effect on the overall speed of certain complex and function-oriented programs. In most cases, we have only a few functions that have extensive use and make significant impact on the performance of the whole program. Not using functions is not an option, using function-like macros is an option, but there is a better solution, to use Inline Functions. Yes, like it sounds, inline functions are expanded at the place of calling rather than being “really called” thus reducing the overhead. It means wherever we call an inline function, compiler will expand the code there and no actual calling will be done. Member functions of classes are generally made inline as in many case...
